If you intend forwarding purchased items on as a gift PLEASE ensure you leave enough time to do so and tell this to us so we can prioritise your order.

All LARGE FORMAT bespoke artwork, and FRAMED items (anything over 12" x 8" - eg 3 image stack, print of 3/4/5 images, A3 prints and panoramas etc)
All calendars, photo books or other similar "gift" type items eg mugs and mouse mats
All edits - backgrounds, ears forward etc
PLEASE NOTE bespoke artwork must be approved by the customer by Friday 30th November 2018
Friday 14th December 2018
All "standard" print sizes from 6" x 4", 7" x 5", 8" x 6", 10" x 8", 12" x 8" and our 2 image 12" x 8" prints.
Friday 14th December 2018
All prints FRAMED in 12" x 8", 10" x 8", 8" x 6" and our 2 image 12" x 8" prints (subject to frame stock availability).
Friday 21st December 2017
All DIGITAL ONLY images (all sizes) - emailed to you.
OUR ADMIN OFFICES ARE CLOSED
Our back office is closed from 12pm Friday 21st December 2018 until Tuesday 8th January 2019.
All orders received during this period will be processed on our return.
We will still be attending pre booked events during this period with our on site printing units.
Our delivery terms and conditions
We will always do our best to ensure orders are processed in time for Christmas but there are times when this is just not possible.
The following circumstances may result in us not achieving delivery - in such circumstances we WILL NOT be held responsoble and refunds or discounts WILL NOT be given -
Orders for items received past the above dates for specific work types
Postal/courier failure due to adverse weather or disputes
Damage in transit (we will of course replace as soon as possible)
Lost in post (all items are tracked and will be replaced as soon as possible)
Failure of a 3rd party supplier to complete order (for example photobooks or calendars)
Failure of customer to allow enough time for item to be forwarded.
Unapproved artwork or delay caused by the customer not approving artwork by 30th November 2018 cut off date.
The above cut off dates are based on historical order volumes and are subject to change if we feel there is a risk of us not meeting our delivery times.
