Delivery times for print and digital images
Below we list our current delivery times for all print and digital work we do.
Orders are processed on the date/time they are received.
Some orders may take longer based on the nature of what is ordered/requested.
Large format and custom work needs customer approval before it is printed.
Basic PRINT orders up to and including 12" x 8"
Please allow up to 7 days for digital to be emailed and 14 days for the print to arrive.
Basic DIGITAL ONLY orders up to high resolution
Please allow up to 7 days - small images are emailed to you
Files over 10MB will be sent via we transfer link which is valid for 7 days to download.
Large format prints, custom artwork and bespoke work
Please allow up to 7 days for artwork to be produced.
A copy is emailed for checking and approval
Once approved artwork is passed to an external company for printing.
Please allow 21 days for delivery - digital files are sent once approval is received.
These times are based work volumes, time of year and factors outwith my control (holidays etc)
All digital images are emailed ONLY when the order is fully completed.
Images are processed by hand from digital RAW files for best quality.
We DO NOT do auto downloads - all our work is checked and processed by hand.
Please check your SPAM or JUNK folders for digital images.
I take pride in my work and it is judged based on the quality of the images I produce.
As a professional photographer and graphic artist I will not be pressured by social media gratification or impatience.
If you need an order urgently I simply ask as a courtesy that you get in touch beforehand so I can set your expectations.
Platience is a virtue (and good for our health!)

I may not respond immediately to messages - especially when at events over the weekend.
Email is the best method of communication - phones are distracting and mine is turned off during working hours.

Include your order number where appropriate.
I will endeavour to dispatch images as quickly as we can but there maybe factors which hold things up including but not limited to -
- the time of the year (our busiest period is during the summer and Christmas)
- other events we have on at the time (see our get in touch pages for our hours of business)
- requests from customers to edit images (remove objects, ears forward etc)
- external forces beyond our control (suppliers, Postal or Courier, adverse weather, COVID)
- the type of items ordered
- the volume of images and orders I receive.
