How to Order Images
Our ordering system allows you to choose a range of print sizes, digital files as well as multi image products From 14th April 2022 we also have a "quick menu" option for individual image purchases.
Before you order an image Please read the opening page of each album. It tells you about any special offers.

When entering our galleries you will need to read the important information about delivery and our terms of service
You cannot proceed until you tick a box to confirm you have read and understand our terms.
Our galleries
Our galleries are held within yearly albums in our "Gallery and Shop"
You can locate your gallery alphabetically from the drop down at the top iof the screen or by using the show icons that are in date order.
When in your gallery take a moment to read the details on the opening page. They contain important ponts including special offers.
Your gallery will list EVERY image taken by our photographers in small thumbnails, often over multiple cameras.
To find your images quickly, click on the drop down at the top of the screen labelled "SELECT CLASS" and choose your class.
Take a look at the images. You may find multiple images of you. Click on one of the thumbnails to see a larger version which opens in a new window.
We recommend you look through and note how many images you wish or write the FULL image code of those you like to begin with and the class numbner.
This will allow you to select the best package or if you cant find what youre looking for you can email this list to us so we can help you.
Once you have a list of images you like, select the first one and then choose the "VIEW PACKAGES & PRODUCTS" link in the top left corner of the screen. This will take you to our main online shop which is best if you have multiple images.
FROM 14th APRIL 2022 - we introduced a "QUICK LIST" which is shown as a link to the left of the viewed image you wish to buy.
This list is our most popular SINGLE items and allows you to quickly select a single image. NOTE if you have multiple images you wish to buy then we offer multi-image discounts in our MAIN Gallery and Shop.
Choosing a product or package from our MAIN Gallery and SHOP
Our MAIN online shop has recently been updated and we offer a full range of products.
begin by selecting a tab to choose the type of product you want - they are groups into types (eg digital, print, bespoke etc)
make sure you read the details of each package carefully - some may need additional information from you.
select a product best suited to the images you wish and a package that matched the number you wish - eg 3 x 8" x 6" prints.
Any special offers are only valid during the dates shown at the start of each gallery.
Follow the on screen prompts for each package selected.
Once you select a package you will be prompted to "ADD" the selected image to your chosen package.
We offer colour or black and white finishes. Details are shown in each package.
If you select a package with multiple images, you will need to select additional images to complete the package.
If for any reason you are not able to use our shop please email your image codes along with the show name and date to adrian@sinclairphotography.co.uk and we will happily deal with your order outwith our shop.
Your Shopping basket and any special Instructions
You can view, change or delete your packages, the images and quantities in your shopping cart.
Some packages may ask you to provide text or choose frame colours (eg bespoke prints andramed options).
Use the "special instruictions" box for text or other comments and the "frame" menu to choose a frame colour. We use a black mount for all framed items.
Postage.
Our standard images are placed in plastic bags to protect against moisture ingress in transit and sealed in board backed "do not bend" envelopes.
Images are posted first blass post usually once a week.
Digital files for all prints are emailed once the order is fully processed and not before. Digital images are a byproduct of the printing process and are sent once resized.
Please ensure yuou check your SPAM or JUNK folders regularly or add www.sinclairphotography.co.uk to your email safe list.
Please ensure you select the correct postage option as we cannot send images unless postage has been paid for.
For digital files or collection select the "JPEG/Collection" option.
Postage is based on the size of your order and weight.
We can accept the following payment options
All online payments are processed by Paypal or STRIPE - you DO NOT need a paypal account if you use this option.
Please ensure you click the "complete your order" box once payment is made and you are returned to our website after making payment
You can pay by debit or credit card.
We can accept BACS payments for custom orders (please email for details)
Post covid we no longer take payments over the phone and no longer accept cash or cheque.
IMAGES ARE NOT SENT UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AND CLEARED.
Other options for placing an order
If you aer having difficulties with ordering images heres what to do -
Make a note of the show name, date and FULL image code for each of theimages youw ish to buy - eg ADE_1234
Make a note of what product you would like (eg 8" x 6" print)
EMAIL your list and details along with the contact details (including address if you wish to order prints) to adrian@sinclairphotography.co.uk
OR use the "GET IN TOUCH" page
We weill then contact you to advise of the price and send you an invoice by email via STRIPE (who handle our payments) which can be paid securely online.
Images are sent once payment is cleared in line with our delivery times.
Delivery times
Delivery times are based on various factors including the time of year, other work we have on and factors outwith our control.
We aim to send images as quickly as possible - please see our delivery times for more details.
If you have not received your digital files after the above times please CHECK YOUR EMAIL SPAM FILTERS or "get in touch" with your order reference number.
