Before you order an image
Please read the opening page of each album. It tells you about any special offers.
Take a look at the images and write down the FULL CODES you want. This helps you choose the best package. CLICK ON AN IMAGE TO SEE A BIGGER VERSION (a new window will open)
Click the "VIEW PACKAGES & PRODUCTS" link in the top left corner of the image.
This will take you to our main online shop.
Choosing a Product or Package
Our online shop has recently been updated and the options are self explanatory.
1 - begin by selecting the images you want. We offer a range of prints, digital files and bespoke gifts.
2 - choose whether you want any editing done to your images - this includes background removal and replacemnt or in image editing like ear forward, people removed and so on.
3 - choose if you want any of the images custom framed. We offer a small framing service for our standard print sizes and you can choose the frame style from the checkout.
Any special offers are only valid during the dates shown at the start of each gallery.
Follow the on screen guides for each package.
Once you select a package you will be prompted to "ADD" the selected image to your chosen package.
We offer colour or black and white finishes. Details are shown in each package.
Once you add your image, depending on the package ordered, you may need to add additional images to complete your package.
If for any reason you are not able to use our shop please email your image codes along with the show name and date to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily deal with your order outwith our shop.
Your Shopping Basket and any Special Instructions
You can view,change or delete your packages, the images and quantities in your shopping cart.
Some packages may ask you to provide text or choose frame colours (eg bespoke prints, framed options and calendars). You can do this in the check out by completing the "special instructions" box after entering your address and selecting the frame style option box.
Methods of Payment and Postage
Please ensure you select the correct postage option.
For digital files or collection at an event select the "JPEG/Collection" postage option.
Postage is based on the size of your order and weight.
We can accept the following payment options
All online payments are processed by Paypal - you DO NOT need a paypal account. Please ensure you click the "complete your order" box once payment is made
You can pay by debit or credit card.
We do accept cheques payable to "Sinclair Photography"
We accept BACS payments
We can take card payments over the phone. Please call Adrian on 07939 272791 during business hours (see our hours of busines in the "get in touch" page)
IMAGES ARE NOT SENT UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AND CLEARED.
Other options for placing an order.
We can take orders over the phone or by email (for example if you have difficulty using our shop).
Please ensure you have the full image codes to hand including the prefix eg ADE_1234 along with the show name and date.
We can take payment over the phone or send you a Paypal invoice.
Images are sent once payment is cleared in line with our delivery times.
Please specify the package (size) you would like for each image.
Delivery times are based on various factors including the time of year, other work we have on and factors outwith our control.
We aim to send images as quickly as possible -
DIGITAL FILES are usually emailed within 3-5 days however to set customeer expectation we do advise if can take up to 9 days at the height of our summer season.
PRINT BASED ORDERS take on averge 10 days however we do advise to allow up to 21 days in our busy summer season.
All images are processed by hand to ensure the best possible quality. We use our own professional printers for images up to 12" x 8" and larger print sizes and frames are supplied by one of our local print suppliers.
:arge format printing (anything over 12" x 8") can take longer depending on when the order is approved.
All special orders and artwork must be approved and checked prior to printing by the customer. Once approved MISTAKES CANNOT BE RECTIFIED and Sinclair Photography cannot be held responsible for customer errors, changing their minds or ordering the wrong images. Additional fees may apply to correct changes once approved.
Digital files from print orders are only emailed once the order is completed. These are a byproduct of the printing process.
If you have not received your digital files after the above times please CHECK YOUR EMAIL SPAM FILTERS or "get in touch" with your order reference number.
