What a strange time we are living in!
We are slowly starting to see events opening back up however current restrictions still mean we cannot offer on site printing and our office working is still restricted due to social distancing. As such images are taking a bit longer to process than usual, although this largely depends on the volume of orders received at the time.
Please bear with us during the "new norm". We are doing our best.

We pride ourselves on the quality of the images we produce which is why all images are processed by hand to ensure you receive the best possible quality.
With this in mind we have set a delivery "expectation" for all orders placed through our website.
Platience is a virtue (and good for our health!)
We process images during normal business hours (and do process orders when at events) and respectfully request customers remember this when getting in touch.
We may not respond immediately - especially when at events between Friday and Monday.
We endeavour to dispatch all images within the following timescales. These times EXCLUDE the time Royal Mail (1st class) or Parcel Force (48hr) take to deliver the item (we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these companies).
FOR STANDARD PRINT ONLY ORDERS
- up to 21 days from the date of receipt by us (it maybe 2-4 days after you place the order before its added to our workloads if we are at events or received over the weekend)
- Digital files from prints are sent along with a confirmation email once the order is completed.
- All bespoke artwork must be approved before the order is completed.
- All orders must be paid for in full prior to dispatch.
FOR DIGITAL ONLY ORDERS
- Digital only orders are usually sent within 7 days from the date of receipt (it maybe 2-4 days after you place the order before its added to our workloads if we are at events or over the weekend)
- Digital files are emailed/a link is emailed once the order is completed.
- All bespoke artwork must be approved before the order is completed
- All orders must be paid for in full prior to dispatch.
A MIX OF PRINT AND DIGITAL only ORDERS
- up to 15 days from the date of receipt by us (it maybe 2-4 days after you place the order before its added to our workloads if we are at events or over the weekend)
- Digital files from PRINT ORDERS are emailed along with a confirmation once the order is completed.
- All bespoke artwork must be approved before the order is completed.
- All orders must be paid for in full prior to dispatch.
NON STANARD ORDERS - (EG BESPOKE WORKS, CALENDARS, LARGE FORMAT FRAMED ITEMS ETC)
- up to 28 days from the date of receipt by us however this time is NOT specific as it largely depends on the item ordered and the complexity of any editing and construction (it maybe 2-4 days after you place the order before its added to our workloads if we are at events or over the weekend)
- All bespoke artwork must be approved before the order is dispatahced. An email will be sent along with the digital files for approval / follow up.
- All orders must be paid for in full prior to dispatch.
- The above time depends largely on artwork approval. We will do what we can to ensure proof copies are sent as quickly as possible.
ORDERS PLACED AT EVENTS (POST PRODUCTION ORDERS)
- Depending on the item ordered and the event we will endeavour to dispatch all STANDARD PRINTS and DIGITAL files within 7 days.
- Bespoke artwork, edits and framed items may take up to 21-28 days (artwork must be approved).
- Digital files from PRINT ORDERS are emailed along with a confirmation once the order is completed.
- All orders must be paid for in full prior to dispatch.
THESE TIMES ARE A GUIDE ONLY - 97% of the time orders are dispatched much faster than the times shown above.

Please remember we need your
ORDER NUMBER which is emailed to you when you first placed your order to assist.
We will endeavour to dispatch images as quickly as we can there maybe factors which hold things up including but not limited to -
- the time of the year (our busiest period is during the summer and Christmas)
- other events we have on at the time (see our get in touch pages for our hours of business)
- requests from customers to edit images (remove objects, ears forward etc)
- external forces beyond our control (suppliers, Postal or Courier, adverse weather)
- the type of items ordered (bespoke images can take longer and must be approved) - framed work and large format work is sent to an external company.
- the volume of images and orders we receive.
